How do I place a Call and Register with your Web
Site?
Find an available
Advisor with whom you'd like to speak. You can locate an
Available Advisor by doing the following:
1. Clicking
on an Advisor(s) Call Button (which is located next to their
Personal Listing). All Advisor Call Buttons show your Favorite
Advisor(s) Status in Real Time: (Green = Call Now), (Red = Busy on a Call) and (Yellow = Away, please Submit a Call Back or Arrange an Appointment Call)
2. Clicking
on our Blue Online Advisor Availability Button (which also shows in
Real Time all Advisors Current Availability status). This Blue
Button is located on the left hand site on every page of our
site.
3. Click on
the "Our Advisors" Tab (which is located on the left hand side bar on every page of our
site).
Once you find the
Advisor of your choice, you will then be prompted to Register with
our Partner Click4Advisor. In order to complete your Call, you
must Register and add Money into your Account. You can
Register by clicking here.
Your phone will
ring, and the Advisor's phone will ring. You will then be
instantly connected to your chosen Advisor. Please know that
as your session comes to a close, you will receive a one minute
warning/or add funds alert. At that time you will be able to
recharge your account to continue your call, or end your call.
When your call is
over, you will have the capability of leaving written
feedback. Please do so in your Click4Advisor User Account.
If your Advisor is
not Available you can Submit a Call Back or Request an Appointment
. These great new Features make it easier to keep in touch
with your Favorite Advisor! No more watching and waiting for
your Advisor to log on, simply Submit a Call Back or Request an
Appointment.
Who pays for
a call?
The person who
places the call pays the advisor's per minute rate charge.
How much
does it cost to speak with an advisor?
Advisors set their
own per minute rates, which are displayed inside their Call Button.
What if an
advisor isn't available?
You will see that
many of our Advisors follow a set schedule. Most Advisors have
a Personalized "Away" Message displayed inside of their Call
Button. You can view an Advisor's Away Message by clicking on
their personal Call Button.
Once inside an
Advisor's Call Button, you have the capability to Email the Advisor,
Submit a Call Back or Schedule a Call/Request an
Appointment.
How do I use
your Toll Free Number to call an Advisor?
In order to use
our Toll Free Number, you must first Register with our Partner
Click4Advisor. You may Register by clicking here. You will
then have to deposit funds into your personal account. This is
so you can contact one of our Psychic Advisors. When calling
the Toll Free Number you must have your Dial-In ID #
(which was issued to you when you first registered) and the
Advisor's ID # . You can find an Advisor's Id # located in
their Personal Listing, or inside their personal Call
Button.
